When will I receive my order?

 

Orders placed could take between 3-5 working days to be processed (depending upon the volume of orders placed). Once your order has been processed you will receive email confirmation, please note to check your junk and spam folders if this email is not in your inbox.

 

A tracking number will be attached within your email confirmation - this number can be used to track your order using the DPD courier tracking

How can I modify or cancel my order once placed?

 

Once your order has been processed and payment has been confirmed, you will be unable to cancel or amend you order. If your order is yet to be processed please contact our web sales team for assistance.

How can I return items and will I be refunded?

 

If you wish to return any items you must ensure they are unworn with the tags attached and returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, you will be entitled to a full refund on the items returned excluding delivery.

My order has arrived separately?

 

If you have placed an order with multiple items, it is important to note that in some cases your items may arrive separately due to stock being located at different warehouses around the UK. If you have any queries about your order please contact our web sales team.

 

What if I receive an incorrect item?

 

We apologise if you may receive an incorrect item and will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please contact us with your order reference number, the incorrect item that you received and a contact number.

Where do you deliver and how much is the cost of delivery?

 

We ship worldwide and the cost of delivery is based upon the weight of the items ordered. Please see our delivery information for more details on our delivery options.

What if the item I want is showing as out of stock or is no longer showing on the website?

 

If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock on the website, then it is most likely out of stock. However, in some cases styles may be replenished, please use our contact form if you wish to be notified of a product style restock.

 

Do you have sizing guides?

 

Our sizing guides can be found on the left side when viewing our products, these can also  be found here on our sizing guide page https://shiffonz.com/sizing-guide.html. Please note that these sizing guides should be used only as a guide as styles and fitting differs depending upon the garment. If you require further assistance on selecting the correct size, please contact us using our contact form.

How can I find a particular product that I am looking for?

 

If you are looking for a specific product and know the name or style number, you can use our “search” bar in the left corner of our website. If you are looking for styles in a specific colour or style you can use our advanced search menu along the left side of the website to filter results accordingly to your specification.

 

 

What payment methods can I use to pay online?

 

We accept payment including VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. Please note your card will be debited once your payment has passed fraud screening and funds capture at the time of transaction.
